I am a Textile Designer with over 25 years of experience. My career started in Ireland where after graduating from the National College of Art and Design I began designing apparel and upholstery fabrics for a textile company in Dublin. This is where my love and appreciation for pattern and color began.
I moved to the Bay Area in 1995 and have been working in the textile business here ever since. I have led creative teams and love to collaborate with others. I’m happiest working with people around me. You will see from my attached resume that I have years of print and yarn dye experience. I have worked with many brands (Nautica, Dockers, Liz Claiborne, Roxy, Shabby Chic, Kenneth Cole) understanding brand identity and the importance of it.
I am currently living in Oakland with my husband, two daughters and two dogs. I have spent the last several years as a freelance designer but have always longed to be back working with a team once again.
